When We'll Make It Right

We offer refunds if:

• We sent you the wrong item (our bad)
• It arrived damaged or defective (not your kid's fault this time)

Just reach out within 30 days of your order and we'll sort it out. No lengthy negotiations. No "let me speak to your manager" energy needed.
